Q. What is importance of Coaching?

Life Coaching trained in helping others to work through the problems. They help people to determine the root cause of e.g. addiction or behavioral issues and focus on healing. They can guide and direct people through a variety of situations and help them to focus on what really matters.

Q. Do I have to tell you my life history and talk about my problems?

Only as much as you want to. NLP techniques are more focused on how we are thinking, in terms of the words and images in our minds, rather than what we are thinking about. For instance, a phobia or trauma can be resolved without the therapist ever knowing what it was about – how cool is that?

NLP is a series of tools for personal growth and transformation. It provides a blueprint for how the brain functions (neuro), how language communicates with the brain (linguistic), and how we use these elements to get the outcomes we want for ourselves and others in a structured way (programming).

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a psychological approach that involves analyzing strategies used by successful individuals and applying them to reach a personal goal. It relates thoughts, language, and patterns of behavior learned through experience to specific outcomes.

Q. What Happens in a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Session?

In an NLP therapy session, the therapist works with a person to understand his/her thinking, behaviors, emotional states, and aspirations. They then attempt to outline the person’s map of the world, along with their primary representational system (PRS).

Q. How can NLP help you?

NLP can help you by giving you approaches to get into the best emotional state for a particular task, and by giving you the most useful beliefs and most helpful strategies to achieve whatever you want.

Q. Is NLP the same as CBT?

However CBT and NLP differ in the way they help their clients – CBT looks to help you make sense of the problems you may be experiencing in the moment by using the framework to consciously think of changes you can make, whereas NLP looks to change the underlying patterns/strategies so that the problems don’t reappear.

Q. Why is it important to educate on Mental Health?

Schools need to foster an environment in schools where Mental Health issues can be identified and addressed without being stigmatized. Awareness should be raised about Mental Health crises, such as self-harm, substance abuse, eating disorders and other negative coping behavior needs to be created.
